ILS/LSA Engineering Senior Associate (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Enfield, Nova Scotia, Canada; day shift

Salary: CAD 62,500–112,500 annually

What you will do

• Perform Logistic Support Analysis activities for acquisition and in-service support programs.
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support input to system design and supportability in collaboration with Systems Engineering.
• Analyze logistics and engineering data for sparing, reliability, and maintenance tasks, then develop recommendations and reports.
• Conduct obsolescence analysis and in-service health monitoring.
• Record analysis results in the LSAR database and perform quality checks on peer work.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, electrical, or aerospace engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ILS Engineering, RAM, LSAR, LCC Analysis, MTA, and obsolescence management.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and MS Office proficiency.
• English proficiency is required; bilingualism is an asset.
• Defence, Navy, or avionics experience, including co-op terms, is an asset.
• Must be eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program registration and for Canadian Reliability Status and Level 2 Secret security clearance.
