What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department and deliver accurate, timely financial and operational reporting.
• Own the month-end close process, coordinating activities across the finance team and Shared Service Centre.
• Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and year-end BFC reporting, together with the month-end proposal report for management.
• Maintain budgets and forecasts by reviewing actual costs, payroll, and live project spend with HR and operational teams.
• Improve finance processes, reporting, controls, compliance, and documentation.
• Handle finance queries, audits, compliance matters, G&A invoices, and ad hoc projects while supporting the Finance Director.

Requirements

• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
• Professional working ability in Italian and English.
• Willingness to learn tools such as SAP, Matisse, and documentation workflow systems.
• Proactive, accountable, collaborative, and hands-on approach.
