What you will do

• Support M&A activities from detailed discovery through design, implementation, and delivery of the day-one target state.
• Assess application architecture and strategy, then create application landscapes and transition roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize critical applications across core business areas.
• Support system implementation, configuration, and integration projects.
• Provide technical expertise to maintain security and operational standards.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams while contributing to continuous improvement and best-practice development.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of business applications across operations, production and maintenance, reporting, and control or management functions.
• Understanding of application delivery, deployment, and infrastructure models.
• Previous experience as an applications lead or applications portfolio manager in large-scale M&A projects.
• Experience managing software vendors and understanding different application delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, integration technologies, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a client-focused approach.
