hirify.global is building a European AI cloud for training, experimenting with, and deploying AI models at scale, using renewable-energy-powered infrastructure.

What you will do

• Optimize ERP workflows, approval processes, user roles, permissions, and procurement master data.
• Automate and standardize procurement processes across EMEA, the US, and APAC.
• Build purchase order approval controls and improve RFQ, inventory, and vendor management workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering purchasing spend, supplier performance, lead times, and inventory.
• Provide ERP support to procurement users, troubleshoot issues, and convert operational pain points into system improvements.
• Execute daily procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, shipment tracking, supplier onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ERP implementation or administration experience, including workflow, approval-process, and permissions configuration.
• 2–3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or ERP operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into system improvements.
• Professional English communication skills required for collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo or equivalent ERP Studio, Python, PostgreSQL, XML, or API integrations.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards.
• Direct support experience with procurement or supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, data center operations, or hardware procurement.
• Mandarin, experience in a fast-growing technology company, or experience supporting Taiwan procurement teams and suppliers.
