Software Engineer (Rust)

What you will do

• Build high-performance distributed systems in Rust.
• Develop core infrastructure used by engineering teams across the business.
• Solve complex concurrency, multithreading, scalability, and performance problems.
• Improve the reliability and efficiency of existing systems.
• Design new services and own them through production.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on technically difficult problems at significant scale.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing in Rust.
• Strong background in distributed systems or systems engineering.
• Experience with concurrency and multithreaded software.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance.
• Ability to work close to the system and understand production behavior.
• Strong Linux experience.
