System Analyst (CIF)

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Serbia, or Uzbekistan; core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Translate business needs into system requirements, process flows, and integration specifications for the CIF platform.
• Design and configure CIF solutions and integrate them with ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs.
• Prepare functional specifications, data models, integration plans, data mappings, and BPMN diagrams.
• Track requirements and change requests through testing, UAT, and release.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting while coordinating fixes and deployments with developers.
• Improve workflows, monitor CIF stability and performance, and provide end-user training and post-release support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and business process management.
• Experience with BPMN modeling for process design and optimization.
• English at B2 level or higher.
