Senior System Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote, hiring in Brazil

What you will do

• Establish and improve requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and change management processes.
• Act as the primary communication point for product stakeholders and serve as a proxy product owner.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams to define effective solutions.
• Facilitate Scrum events, resolve or escalate blockers, and support productive collaboration.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including diagrams that visualize solution workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role and strong system analysis experience.
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams and understanding data architecture, including data lakes and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency and the ability to work autonomously and manage challenging stakeholder relationships.
