What you will do

• Lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, and multi-release plan for the enterprise Observe-to-Agent platform.
• Build capabilities that transform video captures, telemetry, clickstreams, and process data into executable agentic workflows and automation code.
• Define multimodal ingestion, semantic understanding, workflow generation, agent execution validation, and multi-agent orchestration requirements.
• Establish process intelligence, mapping, mining, behavioral clustering, and insight-generation frameworks to identify automation opportunities.
• Define compliance, model assurance, PII redaction, hallucination controls, rollback, observability, and governance standards.
• Lead delivery across Data Science, AI Engineering, Skan Configurators, Platform Engineering, COO Technology, CIO leadership, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical expertise in multimodal machine learning, generative AI workflows, agent architectures, and automation design.
• Experience defining and scaling enterprise-grade AI or automation capabilities.
• Strong systems-thinking skills for designing operationally scalable and compliant AI systems.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and technical teams and delivering complex AI-enabled services across multiple engineering organizations.
• Ability to work in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
