Director, FP&A (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Toronto, Canada. Toronto-area employees living within 65 km of the downtown headquarters collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday; the role is based in Canada.

Salary: CAD 140,000–165,000 annual base salary for Canada applicants, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and annual operating planning across revenue, expenses, workforce, EBITDA, and cash.
• Build driver-based models connecting commercial activity, delivery capacity, utilization, revenue timing, cost to serve, and gross margin.
• Partner with Delivery Operations to create a forward-looking capacity and demand model covering roles, skills, locations, committed work, bottlenecks, and staffing needs.
• Own the FP&A roadmap for Pigment, including architecture, integrations, controls, adoption, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows.
• Provide executive and Board performance narratives and partner with Delivery, Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, People, and G&A.
• Build the FP&A function and establish standards for models, forecasts, executive materials, and communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, including experience leading and developing others.
• Experience scaling a Series D or comparable high-growth company.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, platforms, or healthcare technology with ownership of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, workforce planning, profitability, and executive reporting.
• Experience with delivery, implementation, professional services, or resource-capacity planning, including the connection between supply, demand, utilization, revenue, and margin.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and hands-on experience with a modern planning platform; Pigment modeling, administration, or implementation is strongly preferred.
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or agentic workflows in Finance or business operations, with strong accounting and financial-control foundations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude, MCP-connected tools, or Pigment AI.
