Director, Technical Product Management, Portfolio & Platforms (AI SDK)

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Salary: $177,920–$266,880 annual, plus a target performance-based cash incentive equal to 25% of base pay.

What you will do

• Define the technical product strategy and integrated roadmap for ZDNA Cloud, Device Guardian, and Identity Guardian.
• Own the technical strategy, requirements, roadmap, and go-to-market enablement for the AI SDK.
• Set the strategic direction for EMDK and DataWedge APIs, including usability, security, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Prioritize platform initiatives, architectural improvements, technical debt reduction, non-functional requirements, instrumentation, and licensing.
• Act as the technical product liaison between customer-facing product management, architecture, and engineering.
• Lead and mentor product owners and managers responsible for Android Product Management, DataWedge, and Pendo.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years in software development, engineering leadership, or system architecture.
• 5+ years of technical product management experience with enterprise software and platform or API-first products.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP; AI/ML fundamentals; MLOps; and REST or GraphQL API design.
• Experience leading teams, influencing engineering and sales stakeholders, and communicating complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Strong focus on developer experience and experience building developer communities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AI SDKs and Android Enterprise mobile device ecosystems.
