Location: Onsite in Orangeville, Utah, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).

is developing scalable high-temperature nuclear power, including a pilot plant and fuel fabrication capabilities for industrial applications, hydrogen, and next-generation manufacturing.
What you will do
- Lead day-to-day field execution of construction quality activities for HTGR reactor deployment, infrastructure installation, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Supervise Construction Quality Technicians and Inspectors while coordinating quality work across geotechnical, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, welding, piping, and industrial trades.
- Coordinate inspections, witness points, hold points, verification workflows, material traceability, turnover packages, and as-built documentation.
- Provide quality oversight and technical coordination across subcontractors, construction management, engineering, supplier quality, craft labor, and operations.
- Investigate and resolve nonconformances, construction discrepancies, procedural deviations, and documentation gaps.
- Conduct subcontractor quality system audits and develop scalable field quality standards and personnel capability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or engineering education is preferred.
- 10+ years of quality execution experience in industrial construction, nuclear construction, power generation, aerospace, semiconductor, defense, or a similarly demanding technical environment.
- 5+ years leading field quality personnel, inspection teams, or construction quality execution.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, construction work packages, technical procedures, inspection requirements, and controlled documentation.
- Experience with construction verification, inspection methods, material traceability, turnover documentation, and regulated quality systems; nuclear, NQA-1, DOE, or ASME experience is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Ability to work onsite in active construction environments and support extended hours, weekends, and rapid-response field problem solving when required.
