What you will do

• Supervise Patient Success Specialist sub-teams and monitor productivity, KPIs, and performance against goals.
• Oversee the patient billing process from insurance verification through final collection.
• Monitor and perform quality assurance for inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes.
• Coach employees, coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, and support feedback, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Act as the first escalation point for patient concerns and complaints while enforcing department policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, scheduling, reporting, audits, coverage planning, and operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience with insurance claims submission and management software; Xifin, AMD, and LIMS are a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, government and private payers, coverage, coding, payments, and insurance billing practices.
• Ability to use analytics to analyze payments and diagnose issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
