Senior Manager Collections (m/f/d)

Location: Poland, with a flexible work model allowing fully remote work or on-site collaboration at the Warsaw office.

Salary: PLN 15,000–19,000 gross/month under an employment contract (UoP).

What you will do

• Own complex collections cases and high-priority client relationships from start to finish.
• Decide on write-offs and credit notes while monitoring receivables and aging balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment delays and disputes with Finance, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.
• Analyze aging reports and payment patterns to reduce DSO and develop strategies for high-risk accounts.
• Improve collection tools and dunning processes and prepare accurate cash collection forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records and act as the primary contact for key client relationships and cross-functional disputes.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
• Fluent German, English, and Polish.
• Strong understanding of dunning processes, financial risk assessment, and dispute management.
• Hands-on experience with collection tools and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing stakeholders at different levels.
