Digital Asset Senior Product Manager (Stablecoin)

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for stablecoin and other digital asset payment and liquidity products.
• Develop business cases, market-entry strategies, pricing, packaging, profitability plans, and future product plans.
• Evaluate use cases including coin issuance, wallet management, B2B and cross-border payments, reserve management, and crypto settlement.
• Lead product design, development, deployment, implementation, modification, and process improvements across the bank.
• Build partnerships with digital asset organizations and collaborate with IT, Operations, Risk, business lines, and external partners.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, support marketing programs, and educate leadership and staff on digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital assets.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoin mechanics, including issuance, redemption, and collateralization.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with stablecoin issuers such as USDC and USDT, on-chain analytics, interoperability protocols, and smart contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into user-centric products.
• In lieu of a degree, 14 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including 10 years in marketing, product management, finance, operations, and/or project management focused on digital assets and emerging payments technologies.
