Senior Procurement Analyst, Technology

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $79,400–$99,300 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and procurement across enterprise software, SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, hardware, telecom, data, AI, developer tools, cybersecurity, and technology services.
• Analyze spend, pricing, utilization, suppliers, and financial data to identify trends, renewal risks, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering technology spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier performance, contract utilization, consumption, and renewals.
• Coordinate RFx processes, supplier communications, proposal analysis, supplier evaluations, commercial analysis, benchmarking, business cases, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain supplier, contract, licensing, renewal, and procurement data across relevant systems and documentation.
• Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, license optimization, procurement planning, supplier onboarding, security and privacy reviews, automation, AI-enabled initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, technology operations, supply chain, data analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret pricing, spend, utilization, and supplier data using Microsoft Excel and reporting or data visualization tools.
• Interest in technology commercial models, including SaaS, cloud services, enterprise licensing, artificial intelligence, data, and professional services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and supplier teams.
• Obtaining a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.

• Experience supporting technology sourcing, software renewals, contract administration, or supplier management.
