Lead Engineer, Control System (Electrification)

What you will do

• Develop electrical system design solutions, own the design, and guide related design activities.
• Develop and maintain global configurable product structures in the PDM VariClient tool.
• Maintain interfaces between configurable models, digital factories, global testers, circuit diagrams, ECAD systems, and ordering tools.
• Adopt AI solutions in existing design practices and help establish standardized processes across the team.
• Plan and coordinate engineering tasks, and validate configurable models using systematic logic.
• Collaborate with hirify.global technology units, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant technical field, preferably electrical engineering.
• At least 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience creating and maintaining configurable circuit diagrams with ECAD tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining global configurable product structures in PDM using VariClient.
• Experience maintaining interfaces between configurable models, digital factories, global testers, ECAD systems, and ordering tools.
• Disciplined working methods and the ability to work as part of an international design team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean and Agile working methods.
• Willingness to travel.
