Location: Hybrid, Toronto

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Set up Film & Episodic projects, including ingest and deliverables pipelines, using client technical specifications.
• Provide conform support for advertising projects, work with rushes, and generate plates where required.
• Ingest, organize, and manage client plates and media throughout the VFX pipeline.
• Prepare shots for artists with frame ranges, offline references, audio, retime, and reposition information.
• Maintain editorial timelines, ShotGrid data, internal review tools, minicuts, and client-facing materials.
• Support dailies, screening-room sessions, client reviews, final submissions, and workflow improvements with the Pipeline team.

Requirements

• Experience with VFX editorial, live-action plate ingest, conform, and shot assembly.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate editorial timelines, shot information, and production data across multiple projects.
• Experience supporting internal dailies and external client review sessions.
• Ability to collaborate with Pipeline on workflow efficiency, scalability, colour-space, and shot-management improvements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto.
