Hardware Product Manager (Connected Products)

Location: Hybrid — London Bridge, UK, with office attendance 3–4 days per week; opportunity to travel.

What you will do

• Support upstream product definition through feature briefs and Product Requirement Documents.
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, QA, and test teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in prototype reviews, packaging reviews, supplier calls, and customer-impacting product decisions.
• Conduct market, competitor, and UX research to inform new products, features, and roadmap opportunities.
• Review Quick Start Guides, website copy, video scripts, packaging artwork, and user manuals for product accuracy.
• Partner with data engineering and finance on analytics requirements, cost analysis, and post-launch reviews.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of product management or product development experience.
• Experience with consumer electronics, connected fitness, smart accessories, or software built for bespoke hardware.
• Strong execution skills, prioritization ability, and experience creating clear product documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and resolve alignment conflicts.
• Good technical understanding of how physical and connected products are developed.
• Ability to work from the London Bridge office 3–4 days per week.
