Senior Staff Software Engineer (React)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite. The compensation range may be adjusted based on the employee's actual work location, with Sunnyvale and Santa Clara offices specifically referenced.

Salary: $240,800–$361,200 per year, with a midpoint target of $301,000, plus equity, benefits, and time off programs.

What you will do

• Architect high-impact web applications and safeguard Tier-0 Fleet Management, Auth, and Core API services.
• Lead the evolution of frontend infrastructure and the cloud platform using GCP and scalable database architectures.
• Build a Web-to-Edge bridge capable of supporting data-intensive additive-manufacturing workflows.
• Drive React and Three.js architecture for complex control systems with sophisticated state management and high-performance rendering.
• Own major initiatives from initial design through production and define the long-term architecture roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, translate customer needs into software designs, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent or higher degree in computer science and engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in at least one modern programming language, such as Node, TypeScript, C++, Golang, Python, or Java.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems, data pipelines, and scalable APIs.
• Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
