Software Engineer (React)

Location: San Francisco, California, USA; must be available for projects at various sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $202,112–$216,000 per year; additional compensation may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Research, design, develop, update, and deploy computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
• Build front-end and back-end applications for reactive e-commerce experiences.
• Design APIs and interconnected tools, applications, and microservices across multiple platforms.
• Write, test, debug, document, and review code using unit testing and test-driven development.
• Deploy applications through staging and production pipelines and troubleshoot code-level issues.
• Collaborate with peer, DevOps, and support organizations while mentoring team members and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the offered role or a related software engineering occupation.
• At least one year of experience with React, Node, AWS, JavaScript, and web services.
• Experience with React, Redux, Node serverless development, data structures and algorithms, API design, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with Jenkins and testing frameworks including Cypress, Jest, Mocha, and Selenium.
• Availability to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
