Senior Business Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects focused on process improvement, business readiness, and adoption of self-service and AI solutions.
• Assess client business and technical processes, self-service needs, and AI implementation requirements.
• Design solution recommendations, map business cases into action plans, and align launch strategies with value priorities.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, secure internal and external buy-in, and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Guide application and data consultants, manage consulting programs, and align delivery with product implementation plans.
• Analyze client data and collaborate with product development teams to identify improvement opportunities and AI-driven insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains.
• Experience with contact center enterprise software and digital or unassisted self-service channels, such as Google Dialogflow.
• Knowledge management expertise and experience in business process improvement and customer success.
• Ability to lead project teams, deliver operational improvements, and manage senior executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and thought leadership skills.
• A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
