Senior Business Consultant (AI)

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work with office days and remote days

What you will do

• Build structured, quantified business cases for major enterprise AI opportunities.
• Translate customer business problems into value narratives and transformation strategies.
• Advise CFOs, COOs, and other senior business leaders on AI agent adoption.
• Partner with sales and solution teams on enterprise presales engagements.
• Shape enterprise strategy, go-to-market decisions, and customer delivery and cost models.
• Optimize cross-functional delivery and cost structures for AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business solutioning.
• Executive-level communication skills and experience working with CFOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Strong background in value engineering, business consulting, and business transformation.
• Experience contributing to enterprise strategy, investor communications, and go-to-market decisions.
• Experience optimizing cross-functional delivery and cost structures.
