GTM Engineer, Advisor Recruiting

Location: Remote

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually, plus equity and commission; OTE $105,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Build and operate an always-on outbound motion that generates qualified conversations with financial advisors.
• Increase predictable outbound volume by improving sequencing, enrichment, and underlying data quality.
• Build personalized-at-scale outreach across email and LinkedIn using Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and HeyReach.
• Evaluate outbound tools and recommend where the current ecosystem should be retained or replaced.
• Write and optimize cold messaging that generates genuine replies.
• Own booked-meeting results, report on performance, and partner with the Head of Marketing on growth strategy.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of the modern outbound stack, including Clay, HubSpot, and email and LinkedIn execution tools.
• Ability to assess tooling, build scalable systems, and use AI to create leverage rather than relying on manual list building.
• Excellent judgment in writing personalized cold outreach.
• Comfort owning performance targets and solving problems without waiting for a predefined playbook.
• Early-career profile with readiness to grow into ownership of the recruiting growth motion.

• Experience with B2B wealth management, registered investment advisors, or advisor recruiting.
