People Tech Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage and scale the people technology stack, including HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and cloud-based integrations.
• Configure systems for scalability, security, regulatory compliance, reliability, and data accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve integrations, event-driven workflows, technical documentation, and data governance practices.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, approval chains, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Deploy AI-enabled tooling for ticket triage, document generation, employee FAQs, and other high-volume people processes.
• Partner with People Enablement, IT, Finance, Legal, managers, and business leaders; design processes and training for non-technical users.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
• Technical fluency configuring, maintaining, and evolving cloud-based integrations and event-driven workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly.
• Availability to work on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with people analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Experience building agents or agentic workflows for people processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Hibob and Ashby.
