What you will do

  • Create and publish accurate bi-weekly and monthly rotas for assigned Swedish clinics.
  • Manage late changes, shift swaps, backfills, open shifts, and coverage gaps without disrupting clinic service.
  • Escalate staffing gaps to bank pools and agency partners before they affect throughput.
  • Administer Quinyx settings, including locations, roles, templates, policies, and leave rules.
  • Configure automation that reduces manual workforce-management administration.
  • Prepare weekly staffing reports covering coverage, overtime, additional hours, tardiness, utilisation, and variance against plan.

Requirements

  • Experience with strategic workforce planning and shift-based scheduling in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience with Quinyx is preferred; experience with other workforce-management systems is accepted.
  • Strong Excel skills, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and CSV analysis.
  • Ability to identify anomalies and maintain accurate, detail-heavy, deadline-driven administrative work.
  • Experience building recurring reports or dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
  • Experience improving data integrity or process efficiency in a workforce data pipeline.
