Senior Architect, Data and Analytics

Location: United States - Remote; consultants are expected to spend up to 50% of their time on-site with customer business and technical teams.

Salary: $150,000–$227,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Design high-level system architecture and data transformation solutions for hirify.global Data Platform and hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Lead inception and design review sessions, build consensus, define project scope, and create user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into data management, analytics, BI, and data warehousing solutions.
• Analyze legacy data structures and map them to hirify.global InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager.
• Manage end-to-end data loading, validation, verification, and migration performance optimization for large data volumes.
• Coordinate with business analysts, data analysts, ETL and BI developers, QA testers, offshore teams, PMO, customers, and SI partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional competency.
• 8+ years in a senior technical role building complex data integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance, including policies, claims, billing, underwriting, and InsuranceSuite applications.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, relational databases, ETL, and ELT; 5+ years of data warehousing experience.
• 5+ years leading BI developers and architects, plus at least 3 years leading complex data transformation initiatives and design review sessions.
• Experience with hirify.global Data Migration/Data Platform projects, customer requirements, team leadership, and applying AI to improve delivery and data-driven outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Change Data Capture frameworks and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Claude Code to deliver business value and reduce implementation cycle time.
