Technical Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

Location: On-site from one of hirify.global’s offices in Bulgaria or Malta

hirify.global operates an online casino games portfolio serving multiple regulated markets.

What you will do

• Support technical compliance activities for online casino games and gaming platforms throughout the product lifecycle.
• Interpret regulatory and technical requirements and communicate them to Product, Development, QA, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate certifications with external testing laboratories, including technical documentation preparation, review, and submission.
• Support approvals and certifications before market releases and product deployments.
• Maintain certification records, compliance documentation, audit evidence, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments, participate in audits, and improve compliance workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical compliance, certification, regulatory compliance, QA compliance, compliance data analysis, or a similar iGaming role is preferred.
• Strong technical background and the ability to apply jurisdiction-specific requirements for regulated online casino games.
• Understanding of online casino game certification and release processes.
• Experience with regulated markets including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania, Ontario, New Jersey, or similar jurisdictions.
• Experience managing submissions to testing laboratories such as GLI, BMM, or eCOGRA; familiarity with RNG certifications, game rule reviews, and RTP management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability for on-site work in Bulgaria or Malta.
