Technical Compliance Manager (iGaming)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Ta' Xbiex, Malta

What you will do

• Manage technical compliance requirements across regulated global markets.
• Coordinate platform, game, and system certifications with approved testing laboratories.
• Support regulatory audits and technical inspections.
• Review system and product changes from a compliance perspective.
• Support new market launches and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive technical compliance documentation and records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience with regulated markets and technical compliance requirements.
• Experience with technical certifications, testing processes, and regulatory audits.
• Proficiency with Automation, AI tools, and Atlassian.
• Experience with jurisdictions including Europe, US, Ontario, Latam, NZ, and Africa.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with testing laboratories such as GLI, eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, QUINEL, or iTech Labs.
• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, or ITIL.
