Senior Product Manager (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for the AI Automation platform based on customer needs, business priorities, and platform strategy.
• Conduct customer discovery and research into enterprise IT automation workflows, translating findings into a clear product vision.
• Design a flexible, extensible automation framework for traditional IT workflows and AI-driven agentic scenarios.
• Prioritize use cases and collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, and feature teams to deliver scalable automation capabilities.
• Translate orchestration engines, trigger frameworks, APIs, and AI-agent integrations into product requirements and trade-offs.
• Drive customer adoption and measure automation effectiveness, adoption, and business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in enterprise software or a platform or infrastructure domain.
• Experience building products at scale and understanding the impact of platform and framework decisions on customers, partners, and downstream teams.
• Strong technical foundation, supported by a master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on understanding of APIs, orchestration engines, trigger frameworks, backend architectures, LLMs, and automation agents.
• Ability to define product vision in ambiguous environments, make trade-offs, and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint technologies, device management, or IT automation products.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools, practices, and IT operations workflows.
