TL;DR

is building a software- and AI-native IT operating system for delivering IT, security, and compliance services to growth-stage companies, including regulated businesses.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day finance operations, including reporting, expense management, books and records, accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Own the finance technology stack, including ERP, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and spend-management tools, while establishing scalable processes and documentation.
- Prepare accurate, US GAAP-compliant financial statements and manage journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and close checklists across all entities.
- Manage multi-entity reporting, consolidation, intercompany transactions, entity-level coding, and parent cost allocations.
- Manage payroll, cash positioning, payment runs, treasury activities, external audit, tax relationships, and federal and multi-state tax filings.
- Maintain corporate records and entity governance documentation for and acquired entities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
- CPA qualification or active CPA-track status, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with modern ERP, invoicing, accounts payable, and spend-management platforms such as Rillet, Campfire, NetSuite, ChargeBee, Recurly, Ramp, or Bill.com.
- Hands-on experience implementing segregation of duties, approval thresholds, payment and vendor safeguards, audit trails, and fraud-prevention controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-accountants.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with M&A integration and multi-entity consolidation.
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools, including SQL and Python, or willingness to develop these skills.
