Principal Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the technical and strategic success of enterprise and global customer accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes using the platform, integrations ecosystem, and services portfolio.
• Lead executive and technical business reviews covering value realization, maturity progression, adoption, and performance insights.
• Manage customer health, adoption, renewal risks, retention, and platform expansion opportunities.
• Advise SOC, CTI, engineering, GRC, threat hunting, and vulnerability management teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization.
• Deliver bespoke intelligence advisory engagements and collaborate with sales, product management, data science, and intelligence teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of consulting, intelligence advisory leadership, customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or cyber advisory experience.
• Deep experience in at least two security domains, including intelligence, security operations, vulnerability management, GRC, threat hunting, or incident response.
• Expertise in intelligence principles, methodologies, tradecraft, operationalization, security architectures, APIs, data feeds, SaaS ecosystems, and integrations such as SIEM, TIP, and SOAR.
• Ability to communicate complex intelligence concepts and measurable security outcomes to technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, intelligence studies, or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GCTI, or GCIH are relevant.
• Native Japanese and conversational English required.
