What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security products for enterprise ERP environments.
• Conduct security assessments for customers, covering complex WebLogic/WebSphere and ERP stacks.
• Research emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses to develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop security logic, rules, signatures, and hardening configurations.
• Partner with R&D teams to assist with efficacy testing and product implementation strategies.
• Provide critical feedback to security solution providers to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Japanese and understand Japanese culture to support the APAC region.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT procedures and security policies.
• 5+ years of experience in security product implementation and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience handling WebLogic/WebSphere technologies, including high availability and clusters.
• Security Certification required (e.g., CISA, CEH, CISSP, CRISC) or actively working towards one.
• Strong knowledge of current security threats, trends, and remediation techniques.

Nice to have

• Application experience in ERPs like SAP, EBS, or JDE.
• Experience with security in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Consulting background supporting various clients in managed or professional services.
• Knowledge of virtual patching, cloud security, encryption, and identity management.
