Analyst I, Falcon Complete ( I) (Remote)

What you will do

• Detect, contain, investigate, and remediate incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and execute countermeasures.
• Prepare written and verbal recommendations and investigation findings for customer management.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking.
• Manage internal programs or teams and work assigned shifts in a global follow-the-sun operation.

Requirements

• Experience conducting or managing incident response and investigating targeted threats, including advanced persistent threats, organized crime, and hacktivists.
• Experience with computer and network forensic analysis, forensic tools, network protocols, network analysis tools, and network logs.
• Strong understanding of system internals, secure network architecture, network operations, and incident remediation planning.
• Programming or scripting experience with C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.
• Ability to complete technical work independently, communicate complex concepts clearly, and manage projects or teams.
• High business-level to native Japanese, including written communication, and business-level English are required.
