Threat Intelligence Analyst, Threat Disruption (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Identify and counter sophisticated threat actors attempting to evade detection.
• Investigate platform manipulation, account compromises, influence campaigns, fraud, scams, illegal activity, and child-safety violations.
• Design and execute large-scale enforcement operations affecting hundreds of thousands to millions of adversary-controlled accounts.
• Communicate investigative findings and enforcement outcomes clearly and concisely.
• Partner with operations, engineering, product, and policy teams to address systemic vulnerabilities.
• Handle urgent incidents escalated by leadership and coordinate with law enforcement or other external parties when appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, initiative, discretion, and the ability to work effectively during urgent incidents.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large, complex datasets.
• Comfort working in the command line, writing scripts, and using AI tools to scale investigative work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate findings accurately and concisely.
• Flexibility to work across time zones, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
• Applicants must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or national status, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

• Experience investigating platform manipulation, account compromise, influence operations, or fraud.
• Experience converting investigations into production changes and enforcement outcomes.
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call rotation, owning urgent incidents, and briefing leadership.
