What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Work with sales teams throughout the end-to-end sales process and deliver Proof of Value engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to technical teams and C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Requirements

• Technical background with existing sales engineer experience in pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information compellingly.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an innovative, fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and knowledge of network and security devices and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM, TCP/IP, and common networking protocols.
