Staff (L6) Product Designer (AI)

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid. Hub locations include London, Copenhagen, Munich, and Zurich.

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise product surface end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, iteration, and shipped outcomes.
• Design governance and compliance systems, including permission models, role hierarchies, audit logs, workspace setup, identity workflows, licensing, billing, analytics, and reporting.
• Design enterprise infrastructure integrations involving SSO, SCIM, MCP, APIs, widget architectures, and developer hub patterns.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmap decisions, design direction, and coherent mental models across adjacent product areas.
• Scope work pragmatically, build prototypes to gather early signal, and iterate using feedback from enterprise customers.
• Influence design practices and raise the standard for solving complex enterprise design problems.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces, ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or similar system-oriented domains.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, service communication, widgets, and developer hubs; ability to understand the design constraints in technical architecture documentation.
• Strong systems thinking across identity systems, compliance regimes, scale constraints, mental models, and multi-step workflows.
• Comfort turning ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear direction and making decisions without perfect clarity.
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
• Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central, including AI-driven outputs.
• Ability to use user and customer feedback to address quality, compliance, and scale needs for enterprise users.
