Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid. Hub locations include London, Copenhagen, Munich, and Zurich.

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise product surface from problem framing through launch, iteration, and shipped outcomes.
• Design governance and compliance systems for administrators, legal teams, and compliance officers.
• Create scalable permission models, role hierarchies, audit log experiences, workspace setup, and identity workflows.
• Design license, billing, analytics, and reporting experiences for large enterprise deployments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on APIs, widget architectures, developer hubs, SSO, SCIM, and MCP.
• Set the design vision for Enterprise, use prototypes and customer feedback to iterate, and maintain coherence across adjacent product areas.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards, governance layers, or analytics platforms.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, service communication, widgets, and developer hub patterns.
• Strong systems thinking across identity, compliance, enterprise workflows, and scale constraints.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving problem spaces.
• Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience designing workflows centered on trust, transparency, user control, quality, compliance, and scale.
