Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, hybrid

Salary: £80K–£110K per year, plus equity

The company is backed by a $60M Series B and has offices in London, New York, Austin, and Phoenix.

What you will do

• Own design for a squad focused on compliance and data visualisation in legal technology.
• Design data-heavy, mission-critical experiences and new agentic UX patterns for lawyers working alongside AI agents.
• Take problems from discovery to delivery through user interviews, solution design, prototyping, testing, and collaboration with engineering.
• Validate ideas and prototypes directly with users and ship improvements quickly.
• Set the design direction for the squad and collaborate closely with the PM, engineers, wider design team, users, and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, including end-to-end UX ownership for data-heavy, multi-user products and demonstrable results.
• Strong fundamentals in UX, UI, layout, typography, and hierarchy, supported by real working files in the portfolio.
• Regular user research and validation, with the ability to turn findings into clear decisions.
• Strong design conviction: making decisions, supporting them with evidence, and bringing the team along.
• AI-native working practices, including prototyping in code, building and testing ideas in the browser, and using current AI tools.
• Ownership, pace, early sharing of work, and responsiveness to feedback.
• Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, the wider design team, users, and leadership, including confidence presenting to users and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining, scaling, or governing a design system.
• Experience designing data visualisation or BI products.
• Experience in legal technology, professional services, or another regulated industry.

Hiring process

• Introductory call with the Talent team.

• In-person case study presenting a shipped project, followed by a team meeting and a values interview with one of the founders.
