Procurement Category Manager – Warehousing & Distribution (Logistics)

Location: London, United Kingdom, or Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is offered for Billund only.

What you will do

• Shape category plans for warehousing, transportation, and customs services across regional distribution networks.
• Source sustainable warehousing and distribution solutions and build category expertise.
• Negotiate and maintain logistics contracts with service providers.
• Develop supplier strategies with clear goals, service measures, and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with finance, regional management, and suppliers to deliver savings while protecting supply resilience.
• Translate market insights, automation trends, and supplier data into category and sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience sourcing and negotiating complex warehousing and/or distribution agreements.
• Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience in a large multinational or highly matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and levels.
• Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and knowledge of logistics markets, warehousing operations, automation, sustainability, and network optimization.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
