Senior Frontend Engineer (AdTech)

Location: Remote based in Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne

What you will do

• Build modern frontend experiences for campaign management, advertiser self-service, and other Retail Media products.
• Own end-to-end frontend delivery and integrate scalable backend APIs.
• Create complex web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata.
• Help define frontend architecture during the transition from outsourced development to an in-house engineering organization.
• Work across multiple AdTech domains before specializing within dedicated product teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript for complex production web applications.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and working across the frontend/backend boundary.
• Ownership in fast-growing product environments and close collaboration with Product, UX, and Backend Engineering.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany and attend occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne.
• Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, retail platforms, CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS is advantageous.
