What you will do

• Operate and support Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and local office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and video conferencing.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including hardware provisioning, account setup, onboarding, and access revocation during offboarding.
• Implement and monitor information security standards such as MFA, disk encryption, and operating system updates.
• Maintain IT asset and software license inventories, manage procurement, and coordinate vendor service and warranty cases.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Swedish office and coordinate local operations with global IT and Security teams in Germany.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS; Linux experience is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher is required for daily communication with colleagues in Germany.
• Security-first mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf, or identity providers such as Okta and SSO.
• Basic Bash or PowerShell scripting skills for task automation.
• Experience supporting engineering teams or working in the defence or international sector.
