IT Administrator

Location: Munich; office-first position supporting the Swedish office. Home office is possible once per week.

What you will do

• Administer Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and local office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and video conferencing.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including hardware provisioning, account setup, onboarding, and offboarding access revocation.
• Implement and monitor security controls such as MFA, disk encryption, and operating system updates.
• Maintain IT asset and software license inventories, manage procurement, and coordinate vendor service and warranty cases.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Swedish team and coordinate with global IT and Security teams in Germany.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS; Linux experience is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• A Nordic language is required; Swedish is preferred.
• English at B2 level or higher is required for daily communication with colleagues in Germany.
• Security-first mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf, or identity providers such as Okta and SSO.
• Basic Bash or PowerShell scripting skills for task automation.
• Experience supporting engineering teams or working in the defence or international sector.
