Systems Administrator

Location: Hybrid work in Wiesbaden, Hessen, Germany

What you will do

• Maintain production infrastructure through configuration management, troubleshooting, software updates, and system improvements.
• Monitor systems using Nagios and email/SMS notifications.
• Administer MariaDB and Redis databases, along with Apache and Nginx web servers.
• Operate macOS client systems and office IT infrastructure, including Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Analyze system security, performance, and capacity to support reliable operation.
• Participate in Site Reliability Management, on-call rotations, daily administration, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science, or German Ausbildung as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and macOS.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Fluent English.
