Integration Specialist (C2/C5ISR)

Location: Stockholm area, primarily hirify.global sites in Järfälla and Solna, Sweden. Occasional work at other Stockholm-area locations and business travel may be required.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, deploy, operate, and continuously improve Battle Lab environments.
• Integrate networked System-of-Systems solutions across laboratory environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and multicast routing.
• Administer virtualization, container, clustering, and high-availability platforms.
• Automate system administration and integration using scripting technologies.
• Collaborate with section colleagues and stakeholders across hirify.global on laboratory development and integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Integration Specialist or Integration Engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, containers, clustering, high availability, and Linux and Windows server administration.
• Experience with security hardening, firewalls, logging, monitoring, and system protection.
• Effective verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with military systems, defence solutions, or hirify.global products.
• Interest in AI and Large Language Models for system development and integration.
• Valid driver’s licence for occasional travel between sites.
• Strong motivation to learn and master new technologies, systems, and interfaces.
