Growth Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Europe, or hybrid from the London or Munich offices

What you will do

• Own growth for a core product area across acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify high-impact growth opportunities and expose the product primitives needed to scale them.
• Design discovery-led acquisition loops and streamlined product experiences that help users reach their job-to-be-done quickly.
• Align cross-functional teams around specific, measurable growth outcomes.
• Work across engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to embed funnel and customer-journey thinking into product development.

Requirements

• Product management experience with exposure to growth.
• Demonstrable experience driving AI-native products or ways of working.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and frequently disrupted 0-to-1 environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility and influence across functions.
• Technical fluency and the ability to partner credibly with engineering.
