Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Berlin-based, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and up to 2 optional home-office days; EU work permit required

What you will do

• Own the unified inbox, messaging channels, and workflows from discovery and specification through development, launch, and measurement.
• Conduct weekly customer research through direct calls, collaboration with customer success and support, and data analysis.
• Work with 4–6 engineers and one designer, define product metrics, and take responsibility for their movement.
• Ship simple self-serve features and provide final product quality approval before release.
• Lead product launches, positioning, in-product communication, and keynotes with support from marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with the AI and Integrations product managers on shared product surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products that customers actively use.
• Exceptional product and operational judgment with strong product taste.
• Strong customer focus and clear writing and thinking.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality, with a low-ego and hands-on approach.
• Berlin-based availability and an EU work permit are required.
