Project Coordinator (WordPress/Shopify)

Location: Fully remote; preferred location is global. Working hours follow standard US Mountain Time hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month

hirify.global connects professionals with agencies and startups, including a US-based remote client specializing in WordPress and Shopify website development.

What you will do

• Track project timelines, task completion, deliverables, and upcoming milestones.
• Coordinate task assignments between internal teams and external agency partners under delivery leadership.
• Maintain project boards in Asana using Kanban methodologies and support process adherence.
• Make basic content and layout updates in WordPress and Shopify using page builders such as Elementor.
• Use GitHub repositories to check out branches for basic user-level QA testing without coding.
• Monitor scope changes, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or web development agency.
• Experience managing teams and ensuring adherence to processes and documentation guidelines.
• Experience with Asana, Kanban, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• US experience is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify.
