Product Lead (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the squad backlog in line with the SIS roadmap.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies, clarify scope, and remove delivery blockers.
• Balance enhancements and technical improvements while ensuring business and regulatory objectives are met.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in capital markets, securities processing, or financial services.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong post-trade expertise, including clearance and settlement, reference data, books and records, and account and asset servicing.
• Experience managing backlogs and defining user stories.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, messaging standards, and collaboration across global time zones.
