Senior Product Manager/Owner (Regulatory Reporting)

Location: Onsite in Noida, India; collaboration with the EMEA product team in London across time zones.

What you will do

• Own the regulatory reporting product area, roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation in partnership with the EMEA Product Manager.
• Translate EMEA and APAC regulatory and client requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and deliverable features.
• Partner with Noida-based engineering squads on feature design, development, testing, rollout, bug triage, change requests, and technical debt.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, support client onboarding, and monitor product usage, stability, and feedback.
• Prepare product updates, sprint reviews, release notes, training materials, and enablement content for sales, client services, and operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management or business analysis experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• 4+ years of experience in investment management, regulatory reporting, operations, or accounting.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II, BaFin, or HK RBC.
• Ability to write structured product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working with globally distributed product and engineering teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills are required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or Aha! is expected.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in insurance, asset management, pensions, or institutional investment.
• Experience with internal tooling.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
