Product Lead (Trading)

Location: Remote with a flexible schedule; work time and place can be chosen freely.

hirify.global is a product development company building SaaS products, including a new trading product developed with TradeFill.

What you will do

• Own and communicate the end-to-end product vision and turn strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
• Define a billing model aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead ideation, prototyping, customer development, market research, and competitive analysis with traders and potential users.
• Define and scope features, lead Agile development, and manage product risks and troubleshooting.
• Create AI-driven prototypes, mockups, and wireframes while collaborating with a product designer to improve UX, conversion, and retention.
• Monitor MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, NPS, and other product metrics; conduct ad-hoc analysis and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience and hands-on experience shipping B2C and B2B SaaS products.
• Active trading experience in futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or a similar market, including day trading, scalping, or swing trading.
• Experience owning product vision, customer development, market research, product analytics, and product design workflows.
• Experience delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets.
• Technical background with an understanding of high-level architecture and developer workflows.
• AI fluency, independent data analysis using SQL or equivalent, strong analytical thinking, and excellent written and spoken English.

• Product experience at a broker, trading platform, or fintech company.
• Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategy.
• Engineering background.
• Public speaking or content creation experience.
