What you will do
- Lead design and development delivery for Volkswagen Financial Services Auto Finance projects.
- Own and prioritize the Agile backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined and ready for development.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document Business Functional Requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Development and QA teams.
- Coordinate release planning, cross-team dependencies, backlog triage, and production-readiness activities.
- Provide functional guidance and mentorship to Product Owners and Analysts on Agile and SAFe practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership or related Agile delivery roles.
- Advanced experience in Agile or SAFe environments and complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Required experience with IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and batch processing.
- Ability to analyze business processes, data flows, interfaces, and requirements for COBOL mainframe applications.
- Experience gathering client requirements, writing BFRs, and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience delivering solutions in Auto Finance or financial services, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ALS or AF Auto Finance platforms.
- Knowledge of the Auto Servicing domain.
