Process Engineering - Sr Consultant

Location: Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or New York, United States

Salary: $112,600–$212,700 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Deliver process mining and optimization projects using Celonis, UiPath, and/or SAP Signavio.
• Lead process mining engagements and scope process analyses aligned with business objectives.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable improvements across business functions.
• Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement roles within consulting and/or industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath, and/or SAP Signavio.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Ability to work in one of the listed U.S. locations.
